Rowe brings two decades of experience in senior financial roles, having previously served at Saga plc and the Richemont Group. Her appointment follows the planned departure of current Finance Director Peter Hurter, who will step down at the end of August. To ensure a seamless transition, Hurter will continue in a consulting capacity for a limited period.
