Nativo Resources Plc (LSE:NTVO) has agreed a three-month repayment holiday on its £2.1 million unsecured loan facility with institutional lender YA II PN Ltd.

The repayment pause covers scheduled principal payments for September, October and November 2026. Nativo said £1.68 million of principal remains outstanding under the facility.

Following the three-month period, normal monthly repayments and interest payments are due to resume and continue until the loan has been repaid in full.

Nativo said the arrangement will allow it to direct cash towards the construction and commissioning of the Phase 1 La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant in Peru.

The repayment holiday is also intended to support the company’s project financing and equity subscription agreement with Chancery Royalty Limited.

Nativo is targeting commissioning of the La Patona plant and the generation of first revenue during the second quarter of 2027. The timetable represents the company’s current target and remains prospective.

The company plans to use La Patona to process gold ore from its own operations as well as material supplied by third parties.
