London BTC Reports Gold and Silver Assays From Teep Project in Nevada

Gold mine

London BTC Company Limited (LSE:BTC) has reported assay results from its maiden exploration programme at the Teep Gold-Silver Project in Nevada, following analysis of 78 rock chip samples collected across 3.5 kilometres of historical workings.

The company said 37 of the samples returned gold grades above 0.5 grams per tonne (g/t), including nine samples grading above 10 g/t gold. The highest-grade sample returned 104.99 g/t gold and 456.2 g/t silver and was collected from what the company described as a previously unrecorded mine.

According to London BTC, gold mineralisation was identified across all five clusters of historical workings sampled during the programme. At the Eastern Vein Network, mineralisation was recorded across more than 750 metres of strike.

The company said the results indicate mineralisation across a broader trend at Teep rather than being confined to an individual high-grade occurrence. The latest assays also include the highest grades reported at the project to date.

Dahrouge Geological Consulting is expected to undertake a geological assessment of Teep to evaluate the project’s economic potential. The work will also extend geological coverage to approximately two kilometres of the trend that has yet to be sampled.

London BTC said a further 206 samples collected from its other Nevada projects are currently undergoing laboratory analysis.

The Teep programme follows earlier due diligence sampling that resulted in London BTC staking the project.
