Altona Rare Earths Plc (LSE:REE) has secured an extra £344,500 from existing shareholders, bringing the total funds raised to £851,950. The capital injection, achieved through the issuance of new ordinary shares and the exercise of warrants, strengthens the company’s financial capacity to advance its African projects in rare earths, fluorspar, and gallium. The newly issued shares are set to begin trading on the London Stock Exchange, enhancing Altona’s operational flexibility and market visibility.
