RentGuarantor Holdings (LSE:RGG) has signed agreements with Build-to-Rent operators Way of Life and Essential Living as the company expands its activities in the UK Living Sector.
The agreements cover portfolios totalling more than 3,500 managed rental units and make RentGuarantor the preferred professional guarantor provider for both operators.
Way of Life Agreement Covers More Than 2,500 Units
Under a 12-month agreement, RentGuarantor will serve as the preferred professional guarantor for Way of Life’s portfolio of more than 2,500 managed units across the UK.
RentGuarantor has established a specialist Build-to-Rent team as part of its focus on institutional rental housing, providing guarantor services to tenants and operators through its digital platform.
Essential Living Deal Covers Around 1,000 Units
RentGuarantor has also entered into a separate two-year agreement with Essential Living.
The agreement makes RentGuarantor the preferred guarantor solution for Essential Living’s portfolio of approximately 1,000 rental units in London.
The two agreements increase RentGuarantor’s involvement in the Build-to-Rent segment, with the company providing professional guarantor services across the operators’ respective portfolios.
RentGuarantor Targets UK Living Sector
RentGuarantor operates in the UK private rental sector, providing online rent guarantee services and property protection for tenants and landlords, excluding Northern Ireland.
The company operates a digital application platform and said applications are typically completed within the same day.
RentGuarantor has increased its focus on the Living Sector, including Build-to-Rent and other institutional rental housing, as part of its activities in the UK rental market.
